A truly unique, and wild guided rock climbing experience in one of the most geologically astounding places on Earth, ‘The Black’ is Colorado’s big wall climbing destination, albeit in a remote wilderness setting.
Not far from our backdoor, we are familiar and comfortable on it’s 2,000’+ foot high walls, set amidst a chasm barely 700′ wide, and can help offer a truly unforgettable guided rock climbing experience here.

Join us for an easy 3rd class scramble to the summit of one of the states iconic 14ers, or tackle lesser known and lower summits via technical 5th class rock climbing and/or snow and ice climbing.
From Colorado Springs, we have access to many of Colorado’s more formidable alpine climbing objectives, 14er’s such as Pyramid Peak, Capitol Peak, and the Maroon Bells, and have dozens of alpine climbing ascents, guided and personal, via a number of different routes on these peaks (as well as a few ‘extreme’ ski descents as well), and we never tire of their engaging and rugged beauty.
As well, as being within easy driving distance of the magnificent and truly rugged San Juan Mountains of SW Colorado.
